Range in New England


In New England, the Lincoln's Sparrow breeds primarily in northern Maine, northeastern Vermont, and northern New Hampshire.

This bird is seen in migration throughout the region.

The Lincoln's Sparrow winters mainly in the southern United States, Mexico, and parts of Central America.

In New England, there have been rare winter sightings of this bird - mostly in the southern portion of the region and along the coast.
